Appointments for all our services can be made through our online booking system ONLY.
You will find this in the "Book Online" section of the "Services" in the menu list. A £20
deposit is required to secure all bookings. This will go towards the final balance payment
which will be due upon completion of the service.
Cancellation is free up to 72hrs before your selected appointment. In this instance, you will
receive a full refund of your booking deposit. You will only receive a 50% deposit refund
for cancellations 48hrs before your appointment. No deposit refunds will be issued for
cancellations 24hrs or less before your appointment. Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before
your pre-booked appointment. Arrivals later than 10 minutes after the beginning of your
appointment (without prior notice) will be cancelled without a refund of your deposit.
Home service is available only to clients within London/Greater London, including clients
who live in; Borehamwood, Potters Bar/St. Albans, and Watford.

All orders will have a 1-2 working day lead time upon receipt of the order. The selected shipping
method applies after order has been dispatched. Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will
have an approximate lead time of 3-4 working days upon receipt of order.

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver
be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to
schedule a pick up at the holding facility.

To show our appreciation to you for choosing to invest in our products, we take extra care to ensure
that every order is thoroughly screened prior to being sent out for delivery. Once delivered in good
condition, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any items.
Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it is shipped
out from our facility - provided it has not already been packed or queued for dispatch.
In the extremely rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, you may return it to us
after contacting firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photo images
of the damaged/defective product in your email. If authorized, our customer service team will provide
you with a designated return shipping address. Please note that requests to return an item after it has
already been used will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will only receive a refund for the cost of the items purchased.
Any orders returned to our facilities without receiving authorization first will not receive a refund or
exchange. We advise that you return your items via a trackable mail service as we will not be held
responsible for items that go missing before reaching us.
